 Vital Engineering Systems(August 09 –Till date ):
MY O&M project was outsourced by Alcatel-lucent in view of the recent global recession to vital engineering systems so I am continuing my previous Responsibilities as A senior Technical support engineer (BSS. /transmission/Power systems from August 09 to till date) .

 Alcatel-Lucent Pakistan (Feburary 08-august 09):

• O&M REGIONAL FOPS INCHARGE:
• Since December 2008 I am responsible for operation and maintenance of Zong’s sites or in other world the whole district of attock .my responsibilities include both management of resources ,expansions roll outs and transmission operations in my designated region. in this position I am having both managerial experience as well as network monitoring experience in both Telco and non Telco operations.

• Technical Support Engineer for CMPAK Pakistan project for Alcatel Pakistan

Responsibilities and Tasks:


• Evolium 9100BTS (MBO1E, MBO2E, CBO, MBI3E, MBI5E) and Evolium 9110BTS installation, offline commissioning, integration, alarm patching, BTS testing, online troubleshooting, GSM/DCS expansion on live network, TRE power testing with Rhode & Schwarz NRT-Z44 directional power meter and site testing using Anritsu S331 site master and technical support to FOPS.
• AWY9400 PDH microwave link (1+0, 1+1HSD) installation, commissioning, alignment supervision and NMS connectivity. Expansion of live links, flash card up-gradation and providing technical support to FOPS
• Alcatel 9500 MXC CT SDH microwave link (1+0, 1+1HSD) installation, commissioning, alignment supervision and NMS connectivity. Expansion of live links, and providing technical support to FOPS
• Emerson Rectifier (Indoor/outdoor) commissioning, alarm patching.
• Transmission cut-over/ BSC cut-over and Reparenting activity planning and execution related to BSS.
• Redesign of sites according to RNP specifications and Rerouting of sites
• Maintenance and operation, Troubleshooting of BTS, Microwave link and Emerson rectifier system
• Effective site supervision, providing technical support and routine coordination with the Contractors in order to ensure the completion of tasks in due time
• Coordinate with the concerned Departments on the provision of infrastructure support like power, civil work and equipment delivery and acquisition issues affecting TI.
• Coordinate with contractors to schedule the deployment of the installation equipment and reviews their performance at the work sites.
• Performs other related duties as and when required.

• Ericsson pdh MINI-LINK Service Manager, MSM 6.4 monitoring and commissioning.
